ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS
Steven N. Kiltzner, graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1979 with a Juris Doctorate degree. He was admitted to the Florida Bar that same year.
Mr. Klitzner is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, United States Tax Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
He has been awarded an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, the highest rating of the publication. Mr. Klitzner is a member of the Inner Circle of the American Society of IRS Problem Solvers. He is a Consulting Member of the Tax Freedom Institute, an association of tax professionals in defense of taxpayer rights. He also is a charter member of the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers.
The American Society of Tax Problems Solvers awarded Mr. Klitzner Top Practitioner for 2005.
Mr. Klitzner lectures around the country, teaching beginner and advanced collection and audit courses to attorneys, CPAs, and enrolled agents.
Scott A. Poulin, is the Director of Florida at Wescott Financial Advisory Group, LLC. With over 23 years of experience, Mr. Poulin provides financial planning and investment management services for select retirement, institutional, endowment, foundation and high net worth clients utilizing an open architecture investment platform formulated to find the best manager within various equity and fixed income sub-classifications as developed by Wescott Financial Advisory Group, LLC
He works with mostly first generational wealth creators - entrepreneurs, business owners, recent liquidity event participants - but as many referrals from the COI community include second and third generational wealth, he is well versed in working with income beneficiaries and principal remainder men who are not one and the same.
