President's Message
Welcome to our new and improved chapter web site! It has been an exciting year thus far with our 3rd annual retreat to benefit the FICPA Educational Foundation at Ocean Reef kicking off our year in July. The event (and a matching grant) raised just over $20,000 for scholarships. Thanks to all of the sponsors and members who attended this fantastic gathering of CPA's, and their families.
Your chapter will be bring you more A&A CPE opportunities and is working on having some social networking events planned with other chapters and organizations!
I would like to encourage everyone to get involved with the chapter and make a difference. We also would like to encourage suggestions to the Board for events you would like to see planned. We have a new energetic board that is ready to help you make the most of your membership. If you are interested in serving on the Board, please contact me or any Board member. On behalf of the entire Board we thank you for being members of our great organization and we hope to see you at a future meeting or event!
